Harbor-Related and Environmental Conservation

TPTC cleans the water surface and recovers waste oil from ships to conserve the marine environment in the Port of Tokyo.
We also maintain and manage the shallow waters around Haneda to conserve the environment in which aquatic life grows.

Port Cleaning

Garbage, driftwood and other objects floating in the Port of Tokyo’s waters are collected by seven cleaning boats (including a mother ship), sorted, cut up and transported for processing.
